You have been given strict instructions not to transfer Mr Jones through to the ward if he calls. Mr Jones calls and asks to be transferred to the ward.You apologise and say you can't put him through. He starts yelling abuse at you and states that he is very angry about how his wife is being treated by the hospital. How would you deal with this man?
