"You are executing a program for a customer that has a complex structure whereby numerous projects are in the planning / execution stage and has dependencies that share the same resources. You realize that there are some commonalities among the benefits in the projects. This program will be the first in customer organization to have a governance board through-out the life cycle. It has led to the client organization establishing program governance. How, as a member of the governance board, would you recommend a process of capturing and managing risks?"
