• The single most important lesson any entrepreneur should apply in order to be successful would have to be the business plan. The business plan is the future of the business in a nutshell. This is the plan that investors want to read and make the positive decision to invest in your dream. The business plan is the ground work and the step by step model of how you plan to run the business and what your vision is now and for the future.

The lessons I learned in my Effective Small Business class are mainly to prioritize the steps needed to provide a winning business plan, an effective financial plan, choose the right form of ownership and how to sell not only myself but my business as a whole so that I can please my customers and make a profit above my initial investment.
