Discussion Post: Strength Finder
Ask two other people (Friends, Colleagues, etc.), who you believe will give you solid, unbiased feedback on what they believe your strengths are, such as organization, friendly, approachable, fair, honest, considerate, smart, etc.
Write, using 1 page (or more)--at the very least this reflection part should be 250 words, whether you agree or disagree with the assessment results (Or your friends, colleagues, etc.) and how you may use the information to your benefit in your work/organization.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
