b) Feelings: Describe what you were thinking and feeling at the time.

c) Evaluation: Describe what worked well and what didn't work so well in regard to you implementing your stress management strategies.

Also include an evaluation of the internal and external resources and supports that were available to you

d) Analysis: Link the situation or incident to your learning in the course in order to extend your thinking. This could relate to how you responded to the stressful situation or incident or the stress management strategy you implemented.

e) Conclusion: Speculate about what else you could have done. What have you learnt by writing this reflection?

f) Action Plan:  Set out your "next steps". How will you handle a similar stressful situation or incident next time in the light of your new understanding?

Include in your action plan an explanation of additional internal and external resources and support and how you could access these to better meet your desired outcomes of your stress management plan.
