Assignment task: Explain how you have experienced these philosophies (idealism/perennialism AND realism/essentialism) in your schooling. Give specific examples of aspects such as: content/subject matter, the way it was taught, the way it was assessed, the roles of teacher and students, classroom rules and organization, etc. Explain how you know these practices fall under the classification you have selected using the reading.
