It is suggested by Sparkman that "Workforce analytics should be used to improve decision making regarding the organization's workforce." (See Figure 10.2 in our textbook.)
How would you evaluate the decisions, techniques and stakeholders involved in planning and implementing a recruitment strategy? In formulating your answer, consider all facets of a talent supply plan to address company needs. Further, consider the scope and design of an internal talent inventory as well as any and all stakeholder requirements.
