Earl Jackson is 68 years old and a smoker with diabetes and heart disease. He is your client and it is September. One item that you discuss with him because of the time of year is reminding him to get his flu shot. He says he does not want to get the shot because he doesn't want to get the flu. The last time he got one, he got sick. Everyone knows that you can get the flu from the shot. Discuss how you could educate and convince him to decide to receive the shot.
