Read article with prompts to spark creativity. Try one, show us what you did in response to the prompt. Describe your experience and overall impression of the exercise that you chose.
1) Use "the eight dimensions of product quality" and "the five dimensions of service quality." Choose one of these sets and apply it to your workplace or a business you are familiar with. Which of the dimensions are being applied well or not well enough? Explain your answers.
2) Tell the class how you do or might implement the PDCA cycle in your job or school work. Be specific as to how each phase is expressed in your planning and actions.
3) Which of Deming's Fourteen Points does your place of employment or a business you are familiar with practice consistently, and how? Which should it practice more, and how would that look?
