If you have not had any experience with safety incentive programs, research a type of incentive program on the internet. OSHA discourages the use of any safety incentive program that would discourage employees from reporting near misses, injuries, or illnesses. How does the safety incentive program you are familiar with affect employees' incentive for reporting near misses, injuries, and illnesses? What recommendations would you make to improve the program?
