• Weiss (2014) in section 2.6 of the course textbook identifies four individual decision-making styles: individualist, altruist, pragmatist, and idealist. In this activity, you will take on the characteristics of the "Individualist" decision-making style and explain how the style would affect the way you would communicate, negotiate, and apply to interpersonal situations.
• Compare the altruist, pragmatist, and idealist decision-making styles with your own (Individualist).
• Where are the styles complementary?
• In what ways do your styles differ?
• How would you approach working together to make an ethical decision?
• What strengths and weaknesses of each style should be considered during the decision-making process?
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
