Generally speaking, most people are simply ill-informed, unaware, and, frankly, ignorant to the complexities of human evolution. Scientists who teach human evolution, such as myself, have been asked questions such as "If we came from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?!?!", or "Where is the evidence that a fish came out of water and grew legs?"
I want to task you with the following...
Envision you were tasked with providing a 60 minute lecture to high school students regarding human evolution. How would you start your presentation? Would you use visuals? Video?
