Assignment:
1) Which of the objectives in the States documented goals and objectives, as outlined in Appendix A, align as it indicates with the categories in the NIST Framework, Table 2 Framework Core? In other words, is the state correct when they say, for example, G1O1 (Goal 1 Objective 1) aligns with the NIST categories of Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover? If you find a goal and objective that you believe does not match then please state why, otherwise say it matches. Please watch the video for more exposition on this.
2) With the NIST Framework in mind, how comprehensive would you say the States Cybersecurity Strategy is? Does it hit some aspects of the NIST framework, a majority of the NIST framework? Please rate its alignment as a 1 through 10 number and justify your answer.
3) Keeping in mind that the States publication is a general overview and not a working technical document, what high level goals and objectives would you add and indicate how those align with the NIST Framework categories just as the State did in Appendix A.
