Assignment task: Our objective is to synthesize major program concepts.
1. How would you investigate a leadership problem/situation in a nonprofit criminal justice organization who trains individuals on how to change policies in the criminal justice arenas, like with the DOJ and the Federal Prison Systems, by discussing and identifying a specific problem we intend to investigate?
2. The conceptual framework of this includes five specific dimensions: introduction of the problem, literature review, methodology, data collection and evaluation, and findings and recommendations.
