Upon completion of the training, you ask employees to assess the training through a detailed evaluation. which needs to be completed within a month of the training. Based upon the training results, which measure levels 1-4 of Return On investment (see Figure 8.5 in the textbook), you learn that the training was unsuccessful. Based upon the poor scores on four levels of measurement, how would you improve future ethics training programs? Explain, using evaluation theory.
