Problem: As her career counselor, how would you help a client to improve their skills of having a structured environment and meeting deadlines and encourage them to seek a career that allows him/her to express his/her creativity? Can he/she do both? I'm asking these questions because several jobs require some type of deadline/schedule and/or structured environments so would you encourage her to keep an open mind about those types of careers?
