How would you explain the diagnosis of gsm to the patient

Assignment task:

Lucy is a 66-year-old female patient who presents to the office for a report of pain during intercourse. The patient has been divorced for 15 years and has not had sexual contact with a partner for the last 5 years. She recently started a new relationship with a male partner.

Her medical history includes HTN, well-controlled with Lisinopril and Rosacea treated with metronidazole cream. Her OB/GYN history includes two normal spontaneous vaginal births, menopause at age 55, and no use of hormone therapy. The last Pap test with HPV co-testing was 3 years ago and the results of both were normal. The last mammogram was 1 year ago. The patient presents regularly for care, and her last comprehensive physical exam was 6 months ago.

What additional history questions should be asked?

Assuming no history of abnormal cervical cancer screening, when should the next Pap test be done? When should the next mammogram screening be completed?
