Detailed Information
Read the Rock-n-Bands case study (available on the subject Moodle page). Given the information provided and with reference to all the lecture program material up until this week, develop a brief report in response to the following:
(a) How would you ensure the project is completed by the due date and at minimum cost?
(b) What knowledge should a project manager have to successfully manage this project?
(c) What are some of the major tools that a project manager can use to successfully deliver this project? Why are these tool important?
(d) Develop a Gantt Chart to illustrate how you intend to achieve Rock-nBand'S objectives. Ensure you include all relevant criteria.
Note: It is strongly suggested that you bring a copy of your report to the lecture session to assist you during the simulation exercise in week 7.
Students are to submit their reports (in PDF or Word format) to the subject Moodle page - under the item titled 'Assessment 2 Tunitin'. Instructions for doing that will be available in that item on the Moodle page. No hard copies or emailed copies are to be submitted as they will not be marked. Students do not need to attach a copy of the Turnitin similarity score to their submission as that information is readily available to the Lecturer via the Moodle site.
You need to study briefly The Rock-n-Bands case study and answer the questions given.
