Leaders in health care organizations must possess two skills - critical thinking and communication. You are the chief executive officer of a general acute care hospital in a major metropolitan area. The employees, medical staff and patients are very culturally diverse, and speak multiple languages. How would you, as a leader, design an effective communication process to ensure quality care, patient safety, and a feeling of belonging for all?
