A common way that class-based bias plays out is in hiring. Many companies use some form of "culture fit" criteria to judge whether a candidate would fit in their organization. Respond to the following questions:
• How would you define your organization's culture?
• What type of candidate are you looking for that would be a good cultural fit in your organization?
• Based on the previous questions, how does your organization practice inclusive hiring?
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
