Problem
As pilots or crew members, employers pressure us to keep a tight schedule to get to airport destinations on time. But, unfortunately, the road to many a disaster and aviation accident has steamed from the urge to place one's job and financial obligations ahead of common sense and aviation safety.
Watch the video posted below. YouTube posted this, and I have yet to learn who the pilots are or what company they fly for, but they are landing in Havana, Cuba, in a Fokker 100 sometime in 2010. This flight is one scary approach.
