Conveying warm feelings in a digital conversation can be challenging compared to a face to face interaction. Sometimes, our words are not enough. Scan your social media posts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), text messages, and/or emails. How do you tend to communicate emotion and warm feelings through social media and other technology? How would you characterize the mediated exchanges that were not communicating warm feelings or a close relationship? What was the nature of those messages?
