The company you work for has grown significantly and the risk of relying on just one supplier has been assessed as too high. You have been assigned as the project manager to re-engineer the company's Web site, including a customer relationship management system to integrate multiple key suppliers. The members of your team include:
Tianna. Tianna is highly competent network engineer and the project would likely fail without her involvement. Tianna is very charismatic and other people in the team tend to look to her for solutions when they struggle. Tianna is frequently competitive and disruptive in meetings and does not hesitate to challenge your ideas.
Xander. Xander is regarded as everyone's friend and is always the first person to volunteer to attending meetings with current potential suppliers. There seems to be less conflict at external meetings when Xander is in attendance. Xander is generally quiet and agreeable at project team meetings.
Priya. Priya excels at completing tasks that have detailed specifications, though she becomes visibly bored with mundane tasks and visibly anxious when working on high profile tasks that are vaguely specified.
Answer the following questions:
