Read the HBR article "Being a Strategic Leaders is About Asking the Right Questions."
Task:
1) Reflect on a time of major change or organizational transformation (like a merger), who was a leader that you observed maintained the trust of their team?
2) Explain what behaviors you observed and why they were critical to this leader's success.
3) How would you as a leader integrate them when faced with major organizational change?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
