How would you apply the results of a SWOT analysis to create a strategy to modify an organization's underlying norms, policies and objectives?

Since strength and weaknesses are internal focuses, I would take my strengths to see what we are good at and look for further opportunities. I would then look at the weakness ‘to see where we lack as a company and see where and how we can convert those to strengths.
Since opportunities and threats are external focuses, I would look for opportunities that could make a positive change in my policies and objectives. Those opportunities could include watching economic changes, relationship changes and target audiences. I would look at possible threats and identify a possible solution in case they ever occur. Since threats are external, you can't really plan for them, you just have to be prepared for anything that may happen.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
