Moreover, there may be concerns about job security as machines and automation take over certain tasks.

As an HR manager, you can address these concerns by investing in training programs and upskilling opportunities for employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to work with new technologies. You can also communicate the benefits of technological advancements and how they can improve efficiency and productivity, which can alleviate concerns about job security. HR managers should encourage their employees to develop their digital skills and provide opportunities for them to do so. Additionally, you can work with other management to plan on  how technology will be implemented in the workplace and how it will affect the workforce.
