II. What do you find are the ideas/values/beliefs/ circumstances that you want to shape your life?

III. What did you find were the ideas/values/beliefs/circumstances that you do NOT want to shape your life?

IV. Now, try to synthesize these ideas and attempt to articulate them in terms of a list of values (i.e. underlying beliefs that shape behaviour).

V. What values shape your life in a manner that you believe is positive/effective? Try to come up with at least 3.

VI. What values shape your life in a manner that is ineffective/ disruptive/destructive? Try to come up with at least 3.

VII. From the two above lists, which 7-10 values do you see shaping your behaviour the most on a day-to-day basis? Be sure to include both positive and negative values.

VIII. For each of the top 7-10 values, what do you feel was the genesis of this value?

IX. For each of the top 7-10 values, describe a recent situation in which you exhibited this value.

X. If you could change today what values shape your behaviour, what your top 5-10 preferred values be?

i. Why would these be the values from which you want your behaviour to flow
ii. How would these values in action help you achieve your purpose
iii. How would these values mitigate some of the negative aspects of the values currently shaping your life

XI. What is inspirational/aspirational about these values? Why are you committed to them?
