Assignment:
When taking the LCI my scores were: Sequence: 26/ Use First Precision: 27/ Use First Technical Reasoning: 29/ Use First Confluence: 27/ Use as Needed Strong Willed Learner Scoring a 29 in Technical reasoning and understanding that it speaks volumes to how I learn would be one of the Use first levels for learning. I find that I do spend a lot of time working alone even though my job requires me working with patients and co-workers. I tend to look for the specific reasoning of the task and if it's really relevant to the big picture. I also have a habit of wanting to take things head on when given a task and not the biggest fan of having to wait on others. Next would be Precision, scoring a 27.
This I would also use as a use first level for learning. I like to ask a lot of questions in regards to the task that is given, knowing very bit of information so that when it comes to completing the job, it's done the first time and done right. By knowing all the information, I can answer the hard questions that others might have. I find this to be a leadership trait to have.
Thirdly, Sequence would be used with a score of 26. This method is also a use first trait. I love having a clear sense of direction of how a job is done. A lot of the time I find myself visualizing each step which gives me a great feeling of knowing the job has some organization and order to it. Structure, is a huge necessity for me and tasks that I encounter not just on the job but in everyday life as well.
Lastly, Confluence. I scored 27 on this trait. I know it's a higher score than Sequence but I feel I need to be using Sequence more frequently than Confluence. Although Confluence has its advantage and I scored higher with it, I find that it is a trait that has gotten me in quite a few predicaments. I tend to lose focus on the main goal by being distracted by others tasks that have going on. This would be a Use as Needed trait.
