Amazon, 2021 (which was discussed in Week 2/3). Your task is to provide a critical response to the following question:
How would a traditional retailer respond to the threat posed by Amazon? Identify, at a minimum, 5 key issues and propose how these issues would be managed.
Ideally, you will choose 5 issues across the three main concepts of strategy, business model and customer experience (avoid choosing all 5 issues related to just one concept). You can use as examples for a traditional retailer, either Australian retailers (e.g.: Myers, David Jones) or retailers from your home country as appropriate.
