Disseminating the results of evidence-based activities involves targeting specific public health information and interventions. Outside and inside are different ways to spread evidence-based projects.
The internal method I use is the medical facility board. This is because the facility council is made up of staff from the following medical institutions: B. Nurses, doctors, and other professionals involved in patient care. Therefore, a face-to-face approach to disseminating evidence-based practices to the institution's board of directors would be the most appropriate method. This method facilitates interaction and immediate feedback, especially during research sessions.
External Method I prefer to present at expert association meetings, especially at the American Nurses Association. This provides an ideal foundation for spreading the project to many caregivers. Also, although this face-to-face communication method is different from internal and external forums, I prefer to use face-to-face to facilitate discussions and discussions with other nurses.
Evidence-based results are important because they relate to two groups to improve knowledge and information sharing in the nursing community. It encourages and creates space for decision-making skills between group individuals, including care activities and facilitating patient outcomes.
Therefore, a clear report of the results to the group facilitates a constructive review of the results, which provides an opportunity to improve them before the results are implemented (Bull, S. S., & Glasgow, R. E. 2005).
Describe one internal and one external method for the dissemination of your evidence-based change proposal. For example, an internal method may be the hospital board, and an external method may be a professional nursing organization. Discuss why it is important to report your change proposal to both of these groups. How will your communication strategies change for each group?
