Reflection Problem
Answer the following problems to summarize your experiences and development throughout the seminar/course. Be sure to integrate (where meaningful) course content, concepts, discussions or activities to support your answers. In your responses, be sure to answer the main and subquestions to receive a higher score.
Problem I: (300 to 400 words)
Take a moment and reflect on the results from your emotional intelligence assessment and the four goals you established . Identify and discuss one goal which if completed would have the greatest impact on your self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and and relationship management skills. Describe your progress and the areas that remain a "work in progress."
Problem II: (300 to 400 words)
Using your story board, select the panel which had the greatest impact on your development towards a multicultural perspective. Describe why you selected the panel and its impact on your perspective. How will you use it to support your continued growth?
Problem III: (500 to 600 words)
Further envision next steps in developing a stronger multicultural perspective, and answer the question, "Where do you go from here?" In other words, how do you continue to push the boundaries of diversity, equity, inclusion and justice in your life and spheres of influence as a student and future professional? What additional information do you need? What else do you need to know or experience? What types of people or perspectives will add diversity to your "in group" and help break through any existing "mirrors" (those who look like you) or "echo chambers" (those who sound like you)?
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
