For a home and community based invervention family and social service program that deals with the reunificatio of families., develop a plan that will demonstrate how your proposal for change will be implemented, and what the planned change will look like. Consider those who might oppose the change and ways you could overcome or respond to their opposition.
In creating the first draft of your "implement the plan" and "neutralize the opposition" sections, address the following points:
a. Implement the plan: Develop a plan that will demonstrate how the change will be implemented. What will the planned change look like?
b. Neutralize opposition: Who might oppose this change? How will you overcome their opposition to the project or change? How can you assist clients in resolving the oppositions? How can you neutralize opposition that is aimed at you as the "change agent" in this process? How will you utilize negotiation, mediation, and advocating to overcome or address the opposition to the project?
