Problem
Suzanne Rogers, the HIM Director at Broadfording Hospital has a position open for a Cancer Registrar. This is a 225-bed hospital, and there is only one Cancer Registrar at the hospital; if needed, a discharge analyst assists the Tumor Registrar.
Four individuals were interviewed for the position, all of whom were RHITs and/or Certified Tumor Registrars (CTRs) with varying levels of Tumor/Cancer Registry experience. The applicant with the most experience, Cecelia, is in a wheelchair and is visually impaired; she is unable to drive.
