Respond to the following questions in these two sections of your research proposal. Use section headers and an essay format (except for the research instrument itself) as if you were writing the paper in your final proposal. Upload both submissions (the research instrument and the sections of the proposal).
1. Design your research instrument. Ensure that you have sufficient questions to provide the answers to your research problem or hypothesis.
2. Be sure that you include some demographic questions.
3. Include at least one attitudinal question using an attitudinal scale.
4. Describe how you avoided bias when creating the instrument.
5. Identify the stakeholders in your research study.
6. Will your research study provide incentives? Will it be seeking any sensitive information?
