Jake, a sixth-grade student, has been struggling academically. His teachers and parents are concerned with his lack of progress and frustration with school. After several weeks of interventions, the Child Study Team decides that Jake should be referred for a Comprehensive Evaluation to determine whether or not he qualifies for special education services.
