Discussion Post: Labor Management
Knowing how we feel about labor relations lets us know our biases that might influence our interactions (remember from OB, that these may be unintentional or even unknown to us, and can be either positive or negative). In order to be the most effective HR professionals and agents for one's employer, we must recognize our feelings and work to have a positive Labor - management relationship, regardless of unionization.
