Problem 1: Consider at least one thirty minutes walk. If you really want to stretch yourself and grow healthy, repeat the exercise for two or three days before writing your report.
Problem 2: After the end of thirty minutes, notice what has happened to your body, mind, and your sense of time. Take a few minutes to reflect in your poetry notebook.
Problem 3: Answer the following questions that will reflects on your report of your walking experience.
- How did a thirty-minute walk affect your mind, body, and spirit?
- Did you walk alone or with a friend?
- Talking or in silence?
- Where did you walk urban or rural?
- How might it change your life if you walked every day, or at least three days a week?
- Do you think you will make walking a part of your regular routine?
- Why or why not?
