South Africa has seen 4 alcohol bans since March 2020, lasting 160 days in total. It has put 250 000 jobs at risk with an estimated impact of R64.8 billion on the economy. The motivation was to flatten the curve and avail capacity in hospitals.
Make sure you list and apply all the suggested steps on how to resolve an ethical dilemma with reference to the RIMS strategy. The marks are for the valid application fo the RIMS steps to the scenario. So for every RIMS step, you have to include a quality application. A short paragraph with valid application will be sufficient.
