My patient was 24 year old male Spanish speaking full code NKA with subdural hemotoma (HCC) present with following a MVC while unrestrained with 10 minute extrication found to have right subdural hemotoma with significatint midline shift and tonsillar herniation.
As a nurse and as a person, insight and the ability to self evaluate are very powerful tools to help you grow and develop. Reflective Practice is "an approach in which you look at events from your practice and analyze them. It involves thinking about your work in a structured way, sometimes with the help of a reflective journal, log, or diary."
