Although we might not be aware, we often use the influence tactics when you communicate with others, and we are doing so directly and indirectly. But there are some great benefits to using persuasion effectively, like becoming a more skillful communicator, resourceful researcher, critical thinker, and gain-increased confidence as a communicator.
After reviewing all tactics discussed in this readings, which one do you feel you use the least? Can you think of an example as to when and how you may use this tactic?
