You have recently been hired to the director of ticket sales for a professional sports team who plays in a 12,000 seat arena, with the season tip-off only 4 months away. One of the most immediate assignments that you have is to present your ideas on how to increase ticketing revenue while also promoting a sustainable work environment for your ticket managers. When you asked your managers about previous work conditions, they mentioned high employee turnover, poor customer service, undefined role responsibilities, and lack of creativity regarding ticketing promotions and incentives.
