After viewing the organisations policy and procedures discuss one contribution to improve the workplace diversity.
Describe how the organisation uses communication strategies to meet the diverse needs of the clients and co-workers and reflect on the effectiveness.
In consultation with stakeholders including people from key target groups develop and document one diversity strategy and discuss how you have advocated to the organisation to be implemented into their policy and procedure.
Evaluate the outcome of the workplace strategy you devised and report on the outcome.
