It's understandable that with a small restaurant and a limited number of servers, service might be slower, especially if one of them is new and still getting accustomed to the workflow. I could enhance the overall customer experience by addressing the issue of slow service due to a lack of staff and a new server, which is commendable that the staff accommodates me. In addition to providing additional training and support to the new server, they might consider hiring more staff during peak hours in order to alleviate these challenges and improve service efficiency.
