Problem: Respond to at least one classmate in a minimum of 50 words. I believe that I could improve upon all 5 soft skills mentioned in the article, however, in my current employment situation I need to improve my teamwork skills. I think having the ability to work as a team is essential for workplace harmony and I tend to get frustrated easily with my co-workers. I have previous experience managing a small office staff and overseeing production. I work well with others and enjoy collaborating with co-workers on projects, but I think I work best on my own. My previous employment allowed each of us to have our own office whereas now I currently share a small space with others and find it distracting. I am highly organized and task oriented and tends to tune others out while I am working. I will be working towards cross training with other members of my team to have a better understanding of their responsibilities. I will also work harder at understanding that we all accomplish tasks in different ways. I want to be a more involved team member and a little less serious about situations I am not in charge of
