Assignment Project:
Pick one local business in UAE, run an analysis of 5 Cs and write a paper on how to expand the business by targeting a new segment. The paper should essentially address the following points:
- Brief about the business (history)
- Run the 5 Cs analysis as per chapter 1 in the textbook.
- Describe the current business STP plan (pick one particular segment to address for this part and next point)
- Describe the current 4Ps offer.
- Present your suggestion on how to expand the market by targeting a new segment.
- Write a profile of the new segment, planned positioning and proposed 4 Ps to serve this new target.
In Conclusion, reflect on why business needs to rethink their marketing plan and pursue different segments from time to time.
