Problem: Can you make this flow better for an education I'm putting together: The primary objective of this initiative is to transition our perspective from viewing the waitlist as a static list to a dynamic, working list. Our goal is to standardize this process across all sites to ensure consistency and enhance patient experience. When scheduling appointments, there are instances where a patient may not meet all the necessary criteria for immediate booking, or there may be no available slots. This waitlist system provides us with the flexibility to make informed decisions regarding who we service, what services they receive, where the service takes place, and how it is delivered.
