Imagine having been commissioned recently to design a leadership development for an organization. Explicate how the readings and discussions on context and leadership from this course would shape the design and delivery of such a program. What would one want to know further from that organization to design those elements which improve the leaders' effectiveness in that organization's context? (Note, this is NOT a discussion of how to design a leadership development program, but instead, what do leaders need to know and do about sensing and shaping context).
