You are the Career Counsellor at the College. A Career Fair will be held next week and several successful companies with vacancies will be participating with the hope of landing top performing students who will be hired for permanent positions in their company. The students will be competing against students in two other Colleges so we must get our students career/job ready.
Students will be required to participate in on-the-spot interviews, which if successful, could lead to job offers. You recognized that this is a competitive environment so as the Career Counsellor, you decided that it would be most beneficial to the students if a workshop is held to prepare them to impress the interviewers resulting in a job offer.
