Create a paper of at least 3 pages, discuss some of the ways organizations can manifest resistance to change. Using one or more of the models for planned change in the Cummings and Worley (2008), describe how a structured approach to change can help an internal process/program improvement leader overcome resistance and create a positive, productive climate for change within an organization.
