Assignment:
Create a three to five (3-5) page paper body that includes the following:
• Think of a possible change initiative in your selected organization. This could be the one you identified in Unit 3(which was Apple Inc.- but you can pick a new one.) Briefly describe the initiative.
• Identify the possible stakeholders - those people or organizations that would positively or negatively affect a successful outcome.
• Identify two key stakeholders who would be supportive of the initiative and two who would resist it.
• Provide recommendations for actions to take that would mitigate or change the position of the resisting stakeholders.
The assignment will be evaluated using the Focus Paper Rubric located in the course syllabus. Therefore, ensure it is written with proper grammar, in APA format (including clear section headings), and includes at least three cited and referenced resources
